Your website should book floor jobs.

I build websites for epoxy and garage floor contractors. They load in under two seconds on a phone, and the quote form answers every customer within a minute, day or night. You pay when the site is live.

The median floor coating site I tested loads in 8.8 s on a phone.

8.8 s

That's how long the median floor coating website takes to show its main content on a phone. I tested 844 of them in 76 cities in October 2026. Google's target is 2.5 seconds or less. 94% of the sites were over that line, and 43% took longer than 10 seconds.

The busiest companies had the slowest sites. Contractors with 100 or more Google reviews came in at a median of 10.9 s.

How it works

  1. Today

Send me your company name and website. Nothing else.

  2. Within 48 hours

I build a preview with your photos, your services and your Google reviews, and email you the link. Check it on your phone.

  3. Launch day

If you want it, I move it to your domain and keep your page addresses, so your Google rankings stay. You check that everything works. Then I send the invoice.

$990 once. $149 a month.

$990 is the price for my first three contractors. After that it's $1,490.

  • You pay nothing until the site is live on your domain.
  • No contract. Cancel any month.
  • Your domain stays in your name. If you leave, you get the site files.
  • Not happy in the first 30 days? I refund the $990. No questions.

What it takes to pay for itself

$2,500
40%

One extra floor every 4 months covers the site.

First year: $990 + 12 × $149 = $2,778. Each floor leaves you $1,000. That's 2.8 floors in the first year and 1.8 a year after that.

How it compares

An agency.
Usually several thousand dollars up front and a contract.
Wix or Squarespace yourself.
Cheap, but it's your evenings, and nothing answers your leads for you.
Angi and similar lead services.
You pay per lead, and the same lead often goes to other contractors too.
Frank Orzechowski

I'm Frank. I build every site myself.

You'll deal with me from the first email to launch day, and after. No sales rep, no account manager.

I only work with floor coating companies. One trade means I know what your customers ask before they call: flake or metallic, how long before they can park, what happens to cracks, how long the warranty is. Your site answers that before they reach for the phone.

Questions contractors ask

I get most of my work from referrals. Why do I need this?

Referrals still look you up before they call. On a phone, a site that takes 9 seconds looks closed. A fast site with your reviews turns a referral into a quote request.

My buddy built my site. Can't I just keep it?

Sure. Run it through Google PageSpeed on mobile. If the big number is green and someone answers your form within a minute on a Saturday night, keep it.

Will I lose my spot on Google?

No. I keep your page addresses, or redirect old ones to the new pages, and move your titles and descriptions over. Your Google Business Profile doesn't change.

Who owns the site?

You own the domain and the content. If you cancel, I send you the site files and you can host them anywhere.

What if I cancel?

Tell me any month. The site stays up until the end of the month you paid for. No fees.

Who writes the text?

I do, from your current site, your reviews and a short call or email with you. You approve everything before launch.

Do you do SEO?

The basics, yes: speed, page titles, descriptions, local business data, one page per service and city you name. I don't sell monthly SEO packages or promise rankings. Nobody can honestly promise those.

Tell me who you are. I'll build a preview with your photos and reviews and email you the link within 48 hours. No call needed, no payment details.

Within one business day
I email you to confirm, and ask about anything I can't find on your site.
Within 48 hours
You get a link to your preview. Open it on your phone.
After that
You tell me yes, no or what to change. A no is fine, and I won't keep emailing.
